Reusable Curved-Path Transrectal Needle Guide
For use with Siemens BP9-4 transducers
This new easy-to-use guide is designed specifically for prostate biopsies, making it quicker and easier for physicians to complete the required biopsy regimen. The unique biopsy guide allows users a curved path for access to the prostate while improving functionality for faster, more confident biopsy. The reusable guide offers an 11.6° curved biopsy channel and allows 18 gauge and smaller instruments to pass. To reuse the needle guide, follow standard cleaning, soaking and sterilization procedures as specified in your system manual. When using this guide, a minimum 11.2cm (4.4”) needle is recommended.
