SonoSite L25 Series Needle Guidance System

For use with SonoSite L25 Series transducers

The L25 series needle guidance system uses a two-part system consisting of a reusable needle guide bracket and disposable snap-on needle guide. The sterile disposable needle guide snaps on the bracket, providing a fixed path for visualizing ultrasound-guided vascular access and nerve block procedures. The guide features a mechanism for quick-release detachment of the needle from the guide while maintaining secure needle placement once the targeted depth has been reached. Sterile replacement kits include; disposable needle guide for placing needle at specific depths, latex-free CIV-Flex cover, gel packet and bands. Reusable brackets should be cleaned and disinfected according to the instruction for use. US Patent 7,588,541.
