Thermoplastic breast positioning is primarily intended to hold the breast up and away from the chest wall, reducing both skin folds and unwanted radiation dose into the patient’s lung and heart. Breast Support Thermoplastic assists in repositioning the breast for treatment.

These thermoplastics for breast positioning require two reusable handles that mount to the MT-350, MT-250 and C-Qual Breastboards. They are available in Standard Perforated and IMRT Reinforced perforation styles.
