SBRT Enabled, DoseMatch™ Technology

CIVCO Medical Solutions is launching the new Universal Couchtop (UCT). CIVCO’s new Universal Couchtop is a strong, lightweight couchtop with low attenuation, ideal for IGRT tracking. The UCT will be available in a dosimetrically matching CT overlay to assure consistency between planning and treatment. Contact your account representatives to confirm DoseMatch technology is available for your CT simulator.

The Universal Couchtop features a metal free extension seam with three extension choices: rectangular extension, Type-S extension and Varian end plate. The unique profile allows CIVCO’s SBRT Body Pro-Lok bridges to attach directly to the Universal Couchtop. (Click here to see the Body Pro-Lok bridges.) and the Universal Couchtop is capable of being installed on 14 different models of linac from Elekta, Siemens and Varian. The Universal Couchtop CT overlay will be compatible with seven different models from GE, Philips, Siemens and Toshiba.

The Universal Couchtop 1-piece solution is equivalent in length to the original UCT plus the Rectangular Extension. Ask your account representative which solution fits your needs.
