Shoulder Retractor

The Shoulder Retractor is often used in conjunction with thermoplastic-based fixation systems. Retraction is especially beneficial for shoulder clearance when opposing lateral fields are used to treat the neck. The Shoulder Retractor is constructed of PVC plastic with a large footboard and nylon tension ropes with a ball-in-socket locking feature that allows for reproducible tension in 1/2" increments. A shoulder retractor is also available as an option on the Combifix™ and Feetfix™ Couch Support.
