ISOLOC software gives you the ability to magnify images and provides an autocentering feature allowing accurate identification of fiducial markers. After the markers are identified ISOLOC outputs couch shifts.

ISOLOC 3D algorithms produce highly accurate planning and interfraction target localization. ISOLOC also calculates and accounts for rotational differences. This task cannot be accomplished by simply looking at a portal image. In fact, rotational differences may cause misinterpretation of translational offset.

It records the traslational shifts and rotational component for every setup. A single file stores this data for statistical analysis at any point.

ISOLOC does not require orthogonal images. Any two angles separated by greater than 30º will work. This is extremely important when locating markers in lateral images of larger patients or patients with hip replacements.
