CIVCO Medical Solutions is growing at a very rapid growth rate. We have an opening in one of our state of the art manufacturing facilities based in Kalona, Iowa. CIVCO is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and marketing of specialized medical products used in several business segments including minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ultrasound and urology and radiation oncology. As a high growth company in a rapidly changing industry, CIVCO Medical Solutions is looking for a key candidate for a Clinical Marketing Specialist.
Position Summary:
The Clinical Marketing Specialist will provide pre-sale and post-sale support of Ultrasound products and their applications to physicians and sonographers in hospitals, clinics, and private offices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Interface with customers by conducting market evaluations on products and obtaining clinical feedback.
- Staff trade shows as needed.
- Develop clinical white papers to support product claims.
- Provide in-field clinical training and maintain an active link to internal sales and marketing staff by performing product and clinical applications training on ultrasound procedures.
- Demonstrate and in-service products to physicians and sonographers in hospitals, clinics, and privates offices.
- Develop domestic centers of excellence for image-guided ultrasound devices.
- Peform product validations and evaluations for products in development.
- Provide competitive benchmarking suppot.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
A B.S. degree with RDMS and a minimum of 2 registries. RVT and RDCS registry is a plus. Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
Skill & Abilities:
Must have experience with P.C. for office applications. Ability to work independently and interact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions. Ability to coordinate schedules and have a desire to educate and train others.
This position is a work-from-home situation, however, applicants must be able to travel about 60% of the time.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
