In the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak, CIVCO Medical Solutions remains committed to our mission of “Making image-guided procedures safer.” Now more than ever, CIVCO products are a critical tool to help healthcare professionals combat the risks of infection. We are doing all that we can to ensure an ongoing supply of product, to comply with local and national guidance to help contain the outbreak, and to maintain the health and safety of our teams and the community.

Our supply chains remain open.

To ensure CIVCO Medical Solutions continues to meet delivery dates for your order(s), CIVCO is actively working with all our global supply chain partners to understand the potential supply risks introduced by the COVID-19 virus.

At this time, our direct supply chain is intact and performing as expected. The majority of CIVCO’s components are sourced in the United States. While we may experience short delays on a few products, most of our products and commitments remain unaffected. However, this is a constantly changing reality, and CIVCO is diligently monitoring the situation.

In addition to continuity of supply, we are actively engaged with our partners in trying to expedite parts to build further safety stock, should the situation worsen. Those efforts are ongoing.

Safety remains paramount.

Internally, CIVCO has suspended all travel (unless special circumstances require onsite service support) and has increased our vigilance on hygiene and site cleanliness worldwide. CIVCO is currently and will continue to follow the CDC guidelines. At this time, we have had no direct employee exposure and all production facilities for CIVCO remain in areas where the risk of COVID-19 exposure remains low. CIVCO will diligently monitor the situation through the U.S. CDC and will continue to be proactive in prioritizing the health and welfare of our employees and our commitments to customers.
